1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HomeoPath platform (“HomeoPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). HomeoPath operates as a U.S.-based telehealth facilitation service that connects users (“Users,” “Patients”) with independent homeopathic practitioners (“Practitioners”) for virtual consultations and wellness support.
By using the HomeoPath website, mobile application, or any of its related services (collectively, “the Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use HomeoPath.
2. Definitions
- Platform: The HomeoPath website, application, and services.
- User / Patient: Any individual accessing or using the Platform for consultation.
- Practitioner: A verified homeopath or consultant providing consultations through the Platform.
- Consultation: Any telephonic, video, or digital homeopathic session.
- Session Fee: The total amount charged for a Consultation.
- Stripe Express: The third-party payment gateway that processes transactions.
3. Nature of Services
HomeoPath provides technology and administrative support to facilitate teleconsultations between Users and Practitioners.
- HomeoPath does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.
- Practitioners are independent professionals responsible for their advice and conduct.
- No doctor–patient relationship is created between Users and HomeoPath itself.
- For emergencies or acute medical conditions, Users should contact local emergency services immediately.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
- Users must be at least 18 years of age or use the Platform under parental/guardian supervision.
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- HomeoPath reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Practitioner Responsibilities
Practitioners using the Platform must:
- Provide honest, evidence-informed, and ethical advice.
- Maintain proper credentials or qualifications as applicable in their jurisdictions.
- Use only HomeoPath’s approved communication and payment systems.
- Comply with all applicable privacy, data, and telehealth laws.
Anti-Poaching Policy
Practitioners are strictly prohibited from soliciting, contacting, or offering services to HomeoPath Users outside the Platform (e.g., via personal email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels).
- First and Second Violations: Written warnings
- Third Violation: Permanent removal from the Platform (practitioner listing removal)
6. Payments and Fees
All transactions are processed through Stripe Express. HomeoPath does not store credit card or bank information. Stripe may require Users or Practitioners to verify identity or bank details to enable payouts and refunds.
HomeoPath may charge a service or transaction fee; any such fee will be disclosed at checkout. Payments, payouts, and refunds are subject to Stripe’s policies as well as HomeoPath’s rules.
7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution
Refunds follow the official HomeoPath Refund Decision Tree (summarized below). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after verification.

All disputes are reviewed by the HomeoPath Admin team. The Admin’s decision is final and binding except where arbitration or courts require otherwise.
8. Health Disclaimer
- Information provided on HomeoPath is for wellness and educational purposes only.
- HomeoPath does not replace conventional medical care or emergency treatment.
- Practitioners’ views and opinions are their own; results are not guaranteed.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
HomeoPath respects your privacy and complies with applicable U.S. and international data protection laws. For details about data collection, storage, and user rights, please see our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, trademarks, and content on HomeoPath are owned by or licensed to HomeoPath. Practitioners grant HomeoPath a limited license to use their professional information (name, bio, photo, services) for display and promotional purposes on the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
HomeoPath is not responsible for Practitioner advice or conduct, third-party platform failures, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. HomeoPath’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to any claim will not exceed the Session Fee paid for the related Consultation.
12. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not share or misuse login credentials.
- Do not record or distribute consultations without consent.
- Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other Users or Practitioners.
- Do not attempt to circumvent HomeoPath payment or communication systems.
13. Platform Availability
We strive to provide continuous access, but HomeoPath may experience scheduled maintenance, updates, or transient outages. HomeoPath is not liable for losses arising from network or third-party interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
14. Communications
By using the Platform, you consent to receive emails, SMS messages, or app notifications related to bookings, service updates, and account information. You may opt-out of marketing messages at any time.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any related transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in English and seated in Delaware, USA.
- By agreeing to these Terms you and HomeoPath waive the right to a jury trial.
- By agreeing to these Terms you waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.
- Arbitration will proceed on an individual basis only; there will be no class, collective, or representative arbitration.
- If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction.
16. Updates to Terms
HomeoPath may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. A version history will be retained internally for compliance and audit purposes.
